As I warned in my update two weeks ago, last week I went on a business trip and couldn’t update. I’d hoped that I’d be able to get some work done in the evenings in my hotel room, but the conference organizers kept us occupied most evenings. (I did get to start reading John Goff’s Deluge on the flight, which I recommend.) I can’t say that I’ve blown through the NPC chapter as quickly as I’d hoped. All the double-checking on setting Edges, Hindrances, and Rituals is slowing me down more than I expected. I’m checking each one to make sure the names haven’t changed or that they weren’t deleted altogether. The good news is that that I only have 3 Wild Cards left. The Extras should go much faster. It looks like the creatures are going to take some work, but the end of the book is definitely in sight.
