12 to Midnight, Inc. is an “independent press” founded by gamers dedicated to publishing modern horror and suspense roleplaying game supplements. The company was formed in the spring of 2003 by three Texans, and the company’s first release–Last Rites of the Black Guard–was published in August of that year. Today 12 to Midnight is comprised of seven company officers Jerry Blakemore, Preston P. DuBose, Trey Gorden, Neal Hyde, TC Largent, Brendan Quinn, and Ed Wetterman.
